Demba Ba appears to be on his way out of Chelsea this summer, after just six months at the club.
The
Mirror
says that Ba has already turned down offers from both West Ham and West
Brom in recent weeks and is now a target of Dagastan side Anzhi
Makhachkala.
With the Blues signing Andre Schurrle and still in the market for
another striker reportedly one of Edinson Cavani, Wayne Rooney and Luis
Suarez it leaves Ba surplus to requirements.
Anzhi have already moved quickly to take defender Christopher Samba
back to Russia following the centre-back's unhappy spell at QPR.
Now they are set to swoop again for the former Newcastle and West Ham striker.
The 28 year old managed just six goals in 16 appearances for the
Blues, however on many occasions he was brought on as a substitute.
